OUR SERVICES
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to prevent future setbacks, our diverse array of specialized treatment methods and services enable us to meet each patient’s unique needs. These services include comprehensive assessments of movement patterns, biomechanics, and injuries to develop personalized treatment plans that address decreased joint mobility, soft tissue dysfunction, and muscle imbalances.

Functional Movement Assessments
Functional movement assessments helps us identify how your body moves and spots any imbalances or weaknesses that could contribute to pain, lead to injury, or limit your performance. We look at basic movement patterns—like squatting, bending, turning, and reaching—to see where you might need improvement. The results guide us in creating a personalized corrective exercise plan to help you feel better, move better, and perform better. This assessment is quick, non-invasive, and tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Strength and Conditioning Specialist
We believe that if you have a body, you are an athlete, and everyone deserves the chance to thrive in the sport of life. Which is why we offer an integrated approach to your health and performance. By combining advanced manual therapies, rehabilitation techniques, and strength and conditioning principles, we help you not only recover but also build resilient against future injuries. We offer comprehensive advice on supplemental training, recovery strategies, and sport-specific conditioning to help prevent injuries and enhance long-term athletic development.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), is an FDA-approved non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy sound waves to help heal injured tissues and reduce pain. It is commonly used for conditions that have not improved with other treatments, such as sports injuries, tendon problems, and chronic pain in muscles, tendons, or ligaments. Most patients describe the sensation as mildly uncomfortable, similar to a deep tissue massage, but it is generally well tolerated. Some patients feel immediate pain relief, while others notice gradual improvement over several weeks.
